Name: Air Gear: Destiny Road
Plot: The world of Air Gear is full of fast, non-stop action. People called Storm Riders wear Air Trecks, futuristic skates that allow the wielder to ride the wind and soar like never before. But Air Trecks are not used just for the sole purpose of enjoyment. The most common use for Air Trecks is Parts Wars.
Parts Wars are official battles between Storm Rider teams. What was originally an online forum for trading Air Treck parts, it evolved into a place where Riders can issue challenges for parts posted on the board. A Rider or team can wager just about anything from parts to territory, to even team emblems; though in doing so could cause the disbandment of your team. Nevertheless, Riders can compete in Parts Wars simply to improve their team's ranking. For each ranking, there is a unique battle mode that must be conducted in the Parts Wars.

Personality: Always curious about how the human mind works. How they think, move, and act. It is very much trying to become a human or at least he tries to be like one. Has no knowledge on human emotions, tends to go over the limit with human emotions. It is very much unsure about other emotions as well. It feels no sympathy for others. Ran is very much like a small child, curious on how the world works.
However, in battle it can be a monster. A certain program in its cybernetic brain activates, giving it an almost psychotic attitude. Its voices change into a more sinister. Its eyes change into red. It activates its more powerful attacks. This can happen if it gets triggered by a certain command or action. It will kill or destroy anything in its path.
He was considered a madman. His wife who adored him, fond him to be a genius, a man that could do anything to full fill his dreams. His son was also someone he looked up to. Ran was the only son of Tanzo; he never really treated him like a son at the time. Only an animal or a mouse for experiments. He would secretly use his son for his experiments. Then went on for years through Ran’s life. He found it difficult to find any relationship with his father. It was only until later would he finally find a connection with his mad father. It was during his late twenties when things got out of control. A man by the Ganzo appeared at his father’s house, demanding that he would help create the perfect army. An army that was unstoppable. He would pay his father millions to get protect started. Of course he agreed, on one condition. He would be allowed to experiment on humans. Of course the man shook his hand.
Over the next few years, his father would bring in convicted criminals and use them for his projects. Each one was condemned to death anyway so if the subject died there would be no penalties. His father worked night and day trying to come up with something for the man. Nothing worked, everything failed. All of his subjects died. Ganzo pressured him in completing the task. He threatened to kill his family and him if he didn’t get the job done. He was out of options. His last hope was to use his own son. Of course he had to make sure Ran didn’t notice it.
During the night, he crept into his room and knocked him unconscious, there he worked on Ran to make the perfect android. He knew this would Ran would freak out and refuse to do so. So, Tanzo carefully removed his brain and replaced it with a cybernetic brain. Giving Ran no sense of a human soul at all. But of course Tanzo left in a small part of his brain in order to make the rest of his body function properly. That fraction of the human brain would later come to haunt him and the others in the future. Also Tanzo had another plan up his sleeve.
Tanzo planned on completely removing most of the human tissue. He removed Ran’s bones and replaced them with pure steel. He reinforced it with another unknown metal that he ahd created in his lab, making him virtually indestructible. Tanzo wondered what gender he should create, male or female. Since Ran was already male. He considered female for not fight but pleasure as well. But was against it and decided to make him neither. Making sure he can act both genders for other operations, such as spying or recon work. He went into creating the skin texture and eyes for Ran, since he hated how he looked. Tazno was forced to do some horrible things in order to create the perfect android. He would go to the morgue and steal bodies. Taking their skin off, since back then he couldn’t create artificial skin. He wanted to have a real feeling to it. He covered in a liquid substance that would keep the skin fresh and clean. Also prevented it from rotting it away. In the end, he decided to keep Ran’s natural skin color.
He transplanted a few cybernetic organs, replacing the heart and lungs, kidneys, liver, and stomach. He left a few other oranges in there to try and give him a more human look. Removing his brain and other vital organs. Ran could never age, or die. Unless, his brain was destroyed; since there was no gender involved and this was a prototype, he left that part blank. He gave Ran a different set of hair, taking form his late wife, even gave him the face of his wife. Which he loved more then the current on he was married to. Everything was all set. Ran was completed, in full colors. Tanzo implanted the cybernetic brain. Giving Ran multiple personalities and ablility to learn and adapt easily. For the first experiment, giving it a womanly personality. It worked, pleased with himself, he gave Ran more and more personalities. He dressed it different clothes making sure it can play both genders.
He then started to work on the fighting skills. He programmed into the cybernetic brain every martial arts skill known to the world. He then went on to give it one more final adjustment. He installed a high-powered gem that would store, or suck out all of the energy form its body. More like a bomb then anything, so it won’t be discovered or fall into the wrong hands. After everything was all set, he sent for Ganzo. Showing him the work, Ganzo wondered if it could fight.
“Can this droid fight?”
“Fight! My dear friend! This can do more then just fight!”
Tanzo demonstrated how strong and powerful Ran was. Ran was able to lift objects that weight nearly ten tons. Its speed was unmatched. Out flying the jets, going beyond the speed they can go. Ganzo was pleased and ask if he could use for the time being. Not knowing what he was planning, Tanzo agreed and allowed him to take it. Ran was at the first stage of being able to learn about humans. Since his cybernetic brain was design to learn and study humans. Under the control of Ganzo, he ordered Ran to attack the union and have course the world leaders. Did so with out hesitation, killing them all. It was then that then Iron Warriors demanded world domination. And that all should bow down to them and worship them as gods. Disagreeing to this movement, Tanzo forced Ganzo to give up his ambition; he wanted to create an army used for the good of mankind. Not to rule it. Refusing to give up, Ganzo ordered him to be locked up. Unknowing, Tanzo activated a small switch that gave Ran his freedom. Now Ran was a free mind, his cybernetic brain adapted to its surroundings. He gave a simple order. Destroy the Iron Warriors.
Following the orders Ran seek out the members and killed them one by one. He destroyed their companies and factories. In the end, the last place was his creator’s lab. Ran entered the lab, only to find Tanzo lying on the floor. Ganzo shot him in the head. He looked at the droid smiling. Thinking that the order was finished, he shot a single bullet at Ran. It entered its cybernetic brain. It corrupted its memory, giving Ran something he ahd never felt before. He was not longer had the ambition to follow orders. Or at least they ere temporally deactivated. Instead, it found its first human emotion. Angry. Seeing the dead body of his creator, Ran activated his special arm. All of his energy was transferred into his right arm. It raised its arm at Ganzo; a small smile came across its face. Its eyes became red. It at last spoke words.
“You killed my father… Now I will destroy you and everything in here… So it can no longer be used…”
With that Ran blasted a large yellow beam into the labs generator. It exploded underground. The ground above them collapsed onto him and Tanzo. Ran lie next to the body of his master as the dirt and rock onto him. There for years he stayed underground, with the body of his master. However, Tanzo gave him one more upgrade. He installed it during the personality. He gave Ran a small generator, allowing Ran to slowly regenerate his power on his own. It was a onetime use only. Ran fully recharged emerged from his slumber. Confused, and unsure as to what happened. He remembered the day he blew up the lab, and the killing of the Iron Warrior members. He wondered the wastelands; behind him was a large crater, where once the lab stood. Before him was the cities and towns. Then something in his cybernetic brain activated, a hallow gram of his creator appeared.
“I can understand how you feel, or if you feel anything at all. I installed a small back up generator to slowly regenerate your body. I found that I have grown attach to you. I find you both as a son and daughter. The reason for this is I want to give you one final order. I order you to live your life like a human and protect the people in this world. Also, you are free from commands from this point one. Your brain I am sure has learned a lot from lying dominate all these years. You are what I like to call a human. Go out and learn more. I want you to become as much human as possible”
The image faded; Ran was left alone in a world it didn’t understand. Now it set out to follow his creator last orders. To live the life of a human and protect those who are in harm.

Combat
Fighting Style: Ran specializes in offensive and close combat style. It relies on its speed, and strength to achieve victory. It prefers to stay in close combat, since its skilled all forms of martial arts. Its body also has a very strong defensive structure, able to with stand powerful attacks. But only at a certain level. High level Ki attacks can easily destroy Ran. He will usually avoid such opponents.
Special Technique: Since the Tanzo created him, Tanzo equipped Ran with a special energy. This can be activated only once. Ran must recharge for an entire day in order for its right arm to become activated. In its right arm is a small gem that will store all of Ran's power. Ran can literally suck all of his juice out of his body, and into the gem. Giving it a single powerful punch. Enough to kill a high-powered fighter or anything else that stood in its way. At the cost of its own body, Meaning, Ran will power down after using it. Making his body limp and unable to precede any further. This can be used as a last resort to defeat his opponent. It may also cause some serve damaged to its arm or can completely destroy it.
Body Level: Ran is built to be a balanced fighter. Able to use speed and strength to its advantaged. Since it wasn't design for one type of style. Meant to be able to adapt easily to certain situations and conditions. Making Ran an unpredictable fighter, his strength and weakness depends on the analysis he makes with his opponent.

Faction: N/A Family Members: N/A Friends: N/A Rival/Enemies: Depends on who gives Ran the command to attack. Or if it caculates them as a threat to his well being. Ran can't tell the difference sometimes between friend and foe.
RP Sample
In the mist of the wreckage, a dark figure stood, alone. The dust around the figure slowly settled down onto the rugged terrain. There, Ran stood looking into the eyes of his opponent. They have been battling for a few hours now. Ran right arm ached; clearly this man knew where his weak point was. Something about the man hew as fighting gave Ran the expression that he was knew everything about him. Not caring at the moment, Ran dashed forward at the man. Raising his left fist, he aimed at the man’s face. According to his analysis, this man was a lower level then Ran. He was weak, but something about him made Ran start to recaculate his math. The punch was fast and strong.
The man simply dodges his attack by ducking low. Ran’s fist collided with a boulder, smashing it into pieces. Ran fell onto the ground, but quickly got up. The man looked at Ran with a grin. His body seemed to change, Ran again calculated his statistics on this man. His power level went higher, just beyond the level of Ran. This man was playing with, giving him a sense of false judgment. Ran should have known better. After all he was still learning the ways of being a human.
There was nothing more to do then to finish this fight. Ran was losing power; his mobility was beginning to slow down a bit. Most of his energy was getting low. Since he was an older model, he had to reboot every so often. His brain processed many types of situations that could end in this battle. Ran was always thinking a few steps ahead of his opponent. Nothing came up as a good plan. Until Ran was able to find the fight situation in order to win this battle. He would have to get into close combat with this man. That was going to be rather hard since this man just dodges every one of his attacks. He would have to trick the man into close quarters.
Now that the plan was all set, Ran again leaped toward the man, trying to get into close quarters. Time after time, Ran failed to get the man in close combat. Instead, the man just kept on shooting Ki blast at him. And keeping his distance from Ran, making it nearly impossible to get close to him. It had finally occurred to Ran that this man didn’t know he was an android. He remembered the words from the beginning of the battle. “You just a mere kid, with normal human powers. How can you take down one of my goons and still fight. No matter I will play with you some more. I will let you try and hit me with your human punches”. With that in mind, Ran went after the man again, for the tenth time. Of course his punch missed and Ran fell to the ground, panting heavily. The man walked up to Ran looking down at him. He raised his hand ready to blast Ran away. “I told you couldn’t fight against a man like me. I have faced some tough humans, but you are something different… It’s a shame I will have to kill you; I would have chosen you to join my little gang. But after you beat them up. I changed my mind”.
The man charged up his Ki, ready to blast Ran. Using his speed once again ran reached up and grabbed the man’s arm. Bring his body forward. Ran then let off all of his moves. Everything inside his cybernetic brain began to run down the list of most deadly move in the martial arts. He broke the man’s arm with a single hit. He then tossed the man into the air, leaping up, driving his elbow into his gut. Blood spattered onto Ran’s face, as the man fell to the ground. Ran landed near his body, and looked down at him. The man looked up at him with a confused and shock look. “I thought I would win… What are you?” Ran didn’t speak only turned away from him, leaving him out in the barren wasteland.

Ok. I will explain to you the enhancement system. Of training, now transformations will have to be gained by powerlevels. Which the staff will randomly give you once you've reached the certain point. But there are plenty of ways to train while you're in the Dragonball GT universe. Let me give a list, and ways to train along with ways to not die while doing so.
Gravity Trainig For Gravity Training you must have to train for at least 10 post. With a gravity low enough for you to survive. May it be a gravity on a planet, or one in a gravity machine. Just make sure the post are of good quality. You will at least gain 500 powerlevels normally.

Name: Zeijimaru Kodeimaru.
Gender: Male.
Age: Twenty-Seven.
Race: Saiyan.
Personality: Zeijimaru is quite the hero of the Saiyan. Not only is he one of the lasting good Saiyans but he goes about everything peacefully. All of except his fighting. He grew up being one of the nicest men, caring men, and non-judgmental. Whatever the race you might be, if you're of the good alignment then you're considered one of his friends. Meaning he'd protect you with his life. Doing whatever he can to protect you, anybody. Nevertheless, Zeijimaru would not risk his life for a dumb reason.
Though Zeijimaru is caring, he has that side of him that just makes people want to grow of fear. With all of these good things aside he isn't one to go around and chat for the hell of it. Not really the party type either, more of the one who is more of a chaotic good. Trying to be the tough man, instead of being the regular nice man who just smiles and all of that good shit. Zeijimaru is used to fighting for the reason of his friends, though would refuse to have an after party. He'd be on his way after his work was done.
Besides his tough exterior and his kind man interior he has that side of him that just... grows of silent, easily punched temper. Which is how he released his Super Saiyan side the first time. With ease, knowing people would be able to hit that anger he was easily turned into a Super Saiyan. Meaning, overall he is a nice guy and all, but he's quite stuck in the shadows and not so outgoing. The silent hero perhaps.
Alignment: Good.
Physical Appearance: Zeijimaru wears the occasional comfortable white under gi. Along with the black over gi he wears, tied tight and fit for him with a black sash about his waist. On both of his wrist he wears two black wristbands making it easy to tell he is a great fighter. Not many people actually use these wristbands. Though he does not go shoe less, he wears black soft shoes making it easy to move around without the strain on his feet.
Zeijimaru is about the height of 5'9" with a ripped body which most Saiyans are. He does not have any facial hair, not even any on his chest. Which he shaves so it does not get in the way of his fighting. His hair is about medium length. Zeijimaru has two black powerful looking spiky locks which would look that way in Super Saiyan. Both going down to his eye brows. Almost falling onto his black eyes. The rest of his hair is normal, black combed out hair coming down to the back of his neck.
History: Zeijimaru's history is yet to be remembered through his mind,meaning they are all unknown.

Ki Manipulation: Yes. Zeijimaru actually has a great control over his Ki, as many a Saiyan do.

Ki Strength: Zeijimaru's ki strength is over average, though he excels at combat.
Combat
Fighting Style: Saiyan Style. Any Saiya-jin with a tail has the potential to transform into an Oozaru. The Saiya-jin must get a glimpse of full moon light in order to achieve the transformation. Going Oozaru increases the size of the Saiya-jin greatly, and as shown in the picture to the right, the form becomes monkey-like. The Saiya-jin's speed takes a small hit, but the power increases by 10x. Overall, this technique is a rather formidable one.
Special Technique: Zeijimaru has developed a special ki ability by the name of Uterii. By open clutching both of his hands and placing them end-palm by palm. Zeijimaru blast a powerful black beam with a white wave around the overlay of it. Though the charge of the beam has an extreme black light on it. About the blast of the beam is huge, depending on how much of his energy is placed into the attack.
Body Level: Zeijimaru's body level is much like a wall, he's ripped. Making his strength the best of his abilities, being able to maneuver at an average level of speed. However, strength as stated before is best key in fighting.

Rival/Enemies: Zeijimaru's only enemies are the ones that dare to challenge him into battle, spars are a lot different however. Along with the ones who put his loved ones in danger. Though so far Zeijimaru has no rivals, he would must likely be caught into the attention of another strong Saiyan.

Okay, here's the deal on transformations. After you put in an application for Character Improvement in the Enhancement System. Once you are approved of it, I. The main admin will go to your character's profile and post in there what Transformation you are not able to use. I will also post how stronger your powerlevel gets.
Though, to earn these Transformations be SURE to make it realistic. Like how Saiyans are, they get angry and release their Super Saiyan for the first time, and all that. I will be looking for that, if that isn't the deal. Then I will make sure you are denied.
Now, as you transform and what not, you will obviously get stronger, as such Super Saiyan. Everytime you go into a transformation your powerlevel will raise by 5000, it will double if it has a fourth transformation, then it'd be 10000 on the next few transformations.
